Knit 3: Socks takes your skills further by teaching you how to knit a complete pair of socks using only double-pointed needles (DPNs). This class focuses on managing multiple needles, working small circumferences, and shaping heels and toes — all essential skills for socks and many other projects.

Knitting socks is a fun, satisfying challenge that reinforces your comfort with knitting in the round and helps you build confidence with more advanced stitch maneuvers. This class gives you hands-on support and guidance as you work through a sock pattern.

Class Information & Policies

Our classes are designed to be small, supportive, and hands-on. To make sure every student gets the attention they need, class size is limited to 8 students and spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. All classes are held right here at Loop, 1914 South Street, Philadelphia.

Registration: Full payment is required to reserve your space. Supplies are not included in the class fee unless noted.
Age Requirement: Classes are open to students 18 years and older.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change, and we do our best to be flexible while keeping our classes running smoothly:

Class fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations made at least 3 days before the first class are eligible for a store credit or can be transferred to another class.
We cannot offer store credit with less than 3 days’ notice.
Make-up sessions are not available, so please check your schedule carefully before registering.
If Loop must cancel a class, you will receive a full refund.

Amazing class!

I had the opportunity to take Knit 1 (last year) and now Knit 3 both with Morgan. The class was amazing and she is an incredible teacher. Excited to take more classes from her/Loop in the future.

Great sock knitting class!!

I definitely recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn how to knit socks. I was baffled by sock patterns before taking the class and now see myself making all my own socks from now on. The teacher, Morgan, is patient, super friendly, and welcomes any questions and or concerns the sock knitting students have. The sock pattern used in the class is very easy to follow. Overall a very stress free learning experience. IMO this was infinitely more helpful than YouTube sock knitting tutorials and now I can finally knit socks! Huzzah!
