Knit 2: A Hat continues your knitting journey by teaching you how to knit in the round and shape your knitting with decreases.
In this session, you’ll work with circular needles and double-pointed needles to create a simple hat. You’ll learn the skills that unlock seamless knitting — continuous, circular knitting from start to finish — and build confidence with shaping, needle changes, and new ways of working your stitches.
Knitting in the round is a foundation for hats, socks, cowls, mittens, and more. The techniques you learn here open up a whole new set of projects.

This was a great class to learn how to knit a hat and use basic skills that will translate to other projects! I’ve already made several more hats using the same and other patterns with the skills I’ve gained from this class. The class was also really fun, and the teacher was super knowledgable.
I absolutely loved this knitting class! The instructor, Jason, was so kind, helpful, and made the class really fun! I was worried I would get "lost" or not be able to keep up, and that wasn't the case. The class is well paced and it was fun meeting new people in the class! Would definitely take another class!
Morgan was so knowledgeable and patient, I’m so glad I took a class with Loop! I learned a lot and really hope to take another as soon as my schedule calms down.
Morgan was great!. She was an excellent teacher and is patient.
This was a very accessible, welcoming environment! Morgan was so thorough and clear, and I felt supported and confident. Will definitely return for another class!
