We offer flat-rate shipping for all domestic orders. We use both USPS and UPS, selecting the most efficient carrier for your destination and package weight.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. If an item is out of stock or we have a question about your order, we’ll reach out by email.
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier (USPS or UPS), delivery is managed by the shipping provider. While most packages arrive without issue, delays or missing packages can occasionally occur.
If your package hasn’t arrived, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and, if needed, submitting a missing package search or claim. This is often the fastest way to locate a delayed shipment.
If your package still hasn’t turned up after that, please reach out to us, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Orders are shipped without insurance by default. If you’d like to add insurance to your shipment, please contact us before placing your order - we’re happy to help.
We also recommend double-checking your shipping address at checkout, as we’re not able to reroute packages once they’ve shipped.
