PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Credit card payments are handled through Shopify's secure servers. We also accept Paypal.
If you prefer not to enter your credit card information online, you're welcome to call us toll-free at 877-893-9939 to place your order.
SHIPPING
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer the following flat rates and services:
for orders up to $94.99: Priority Mail - $8.95
for orders of $95.00 or more: Priority Mail - FREE!
Orders are shipped within 3 days of being received. If an item is out of stock or if there is a question about your order, we will contact you via email and/or telephone.
All orders are sent uninsured; Loop is not responsible for packages that do not arrive. We do not replace lost packages. Please call or email us for the cost to insure your order.
PRICES AND SALES TAX
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.
Sales taxes are based on the shipping address of your order. Pennsylvania residents will be charged sales tax on all products except yarn.
COLORS
Every effort is made to present yarn colors accurately. Because yarn is dyed in lots and because computer monitors render color differently, variations may occur.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Yarn may be returned for store credit within 120 days of purchase if unused, in its original condition, and with the original receipt. Please mail your return to: Loop Returns, 1914 South Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146.
A store credit will be issued when your return is received. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Patterns, books, needles, accessories, gift cards and sale items may not be returned.
