It's getting chilly! This is the perfect weather to slip into your favorite cardigan while you're getting ready in the morning, but then you don't want to take it off for the rest of the day because you love it so much!Stillwater knit in Brooklyn Tweed Shelter is that favorite cardigan, and it will keep you cozy all winter long!
Stillwater is knit in one piece from the top down on a circular needle. On either side of the button band is a faux-cable motif created by using eyelets along with a reverse stockinette stitch panel. No cable needle required! This simple style can be worn with a variety of outfits; dresses, button downs and tees all work well with Stillwater. Designed to be fitted through the shoulders with a more relaxed fit through the body, Stillwater has a nice structure that's not too slouchy. The close fit and wide ribbed button band keeps the shoulders from slipping, making for a cardigan you can pop on and wear without rearranging all day!
Warm, wooly and with 40 colors to choose from, Brooklyn Tweed Shelter is a must-knit yarn for fall. From the moment we started carrying Shelter eight years ago, it became a number one favorite with our customers.
