I love the sheen and feel of this yarn!
I’m knitting a shawl holding Tendril and Posy together and am digging on every stitch. I would love to knit a cardigan from one of Loop’s perfectly color-matched combos, but I might be even happier knitting with Tendril alone. It’s heavenly! I mentioned on the Posey page that the dyer is on staff at the shop, so wait-time for the out-of-stock color and quantity I wanted was a matter of about ten days. I recommend that if what you want is not on the shelf, you ask. But back to Tendril: It’s the stuff of my dreams.
I made 4 sets of Norland park mitts and 2 cowl’s for Christmas presents. Tendril is so easy to work with and the silky shine made each item have its own personality. Ease of washing added to putting this as one of my new favorite blends to work with.
The depth of color on this yearn is gorgeous. I love haw it changes but maintains its richness. I also love shifts a little with this yarn. I love how it adds additional texture to a chunky knit.
This yarn is a treat to knit with. It's super soft, it's sturdy, the colors are gorgeous (it took me 15+ minutes to pick a color in the store) and the shine from the silk is mesmerizing.
