Class Information & Policies
Our classes are designed to be small, supportive, and hands-on. To make sure every student gets the attention they need, class size is limited to 8 students and spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. All classes are held right here at Loop, 1914 South Street, Philadelphia.
- Registration: Full payment is required to reserve your space. Supplies are not included in the class fee unless noted.
- Age Requirement: Classes are open to students 18 years and older.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change, and we do our best to be flexible while keeping our classes running smoothly:
- Class fees are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made at least 3 days before the first class are eligible for a store credit or can be transferred to another class.
- We cannot offer store credit with less than 3 days’ notice.
- Make-up sessions are not available, so please check your schedule carefully before registering.
- If Loop must cancel a class, you will receive a full refund.
