I bought the Rowan felted tweed to make a scarf for a friend. It is soft and drapes nicely. It was the perfect choice.

When it comes to yarns for fair isle and intarsia, this is the absolute right stuff. Great for blankets and hats. I don’t think I’d use it for next-to-skin items, but repeated washing somewhat tames the itch factor. No problems with laundering in a mesh bag on the gentle cycle.
