Orders over $95 ship free within the United States. Orders under $95 ship for a flat rate of $9.95.

Returns

Unused yarn may be returned within 120 days of purchase for store credit.

To be eligible for return, yarn must be in its original condition with labels attached and free from smoke, pet hair, odors, or other damage. Sale items, patterns, needles, notions, gift cards, and final-sale items are non-returnable.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can help ensure it is processed correctly.

Loop Rewards

Members of Loop Rewards earn points on eligible purchases that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.

Customers earn $5 in rewards for every $100 spent. Rewards are issued as store credit and may be redeemed online or in-store, subject to program terms.

Gift Cards

Loop gift cards may be purchased online or in-store and never expire. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Customer information is used only to process orders, provide customer service, and communicate about products, events, and promotions you've chosen to receive.

We never sell customer information to third parties.
