I loved knitting these caps with Bid Bad Wool. I bought the Grey Wolf and Grader to make the hats for all of the males for whom I knit. I did several all one color and others in a combination of the colors. In fact, I had to call the store to replenish my supply of the yarn the hats were so popular.
Big Bad Wool Weepaca
This is my second baby blanket with Big Bad Wool Weepaca. It's lovely and soft, a pleasure to use. But it was hard to find online--and impossible to find in town, even if I were willing to go to a store right now. I was so glad Loop carries it, and they sent the shipment promptly. Plus they're located in my old home town.
I purchase this yarn to make an afghan with. The yarn is so soft, and yet is also machine washable and reasonably priced such that it is ideal for housewares, hats, gloves, scarves, etc. The yarn does not split when you work with it, and I found it to be a true worsted (but not aran) weight yarn. I would definitely purchase this yarn in the future. I also wanted to thank the folks at Loop for their excellent customer service. My order was very nicely packed, and they shipped it very quickly.
Weepaca does make beautiful (and practical!) blankets, and we hope you'll use it again for other projects, too. Thanks for the review.-Laura
