Make a Baby Cardigan all in one piece- mini-style! In this class, we be using the Little Coffee Bean pattern. You’ll learn how to knit a seamless raglan cardigan from the top down; cast on at the neck, work the yoke and shoulders until it’s time to separate the sleeves from the body, and then continue to knit the body and sleeves separately- no seaming required! Then you'll pick up stitches for the button band.
This is an excellent choice for a first sweater project. Making a baby size will allow you to learn all the techniques on a smaller scale- and it makes a great baby gift!
Materials: Worsted weight yarn for your chosen size, US 7 + 8 circular needles, pattern.
Homework: Please come to the first class with your pattern printed, yarn selected, and your swatch knit. We’ll give you swatching instructions when you select your yarn.
Skill Level: This is suitable for graduates of Knit 2 or those comfortable with knitting and purling in the round, as well as increasing and decreasing.

Classes are limited in size and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is needed to reserve your space. Supplies are not included in class fee unless stated.
Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the first class for a store credit or to move to a different class or session. We cannot offer a store credit if we receive less than 3 days notice. Unfortunately, we cannot offer make-up sessions, so please make sure you can attend each class. If a class is canceled, you’ll receive a full refund.
Classes with special guest teachers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a friend if you’re unable to attend.
