Purl Ridge Scarf

Our Purl Ridge Scarf is knit with with brand new Brooklyn Tweed yarn, Tones

The Tones range is made up of 12 colors in two shades each: an overtone and an undertone. Each Tones colorway begins with either a light or dark undertoned base that's dyed to create "tone pairs" of harmonious shades.

When we saw all these gorgeous duos, we instantly thought stripes! The result is our latest free pattern, the Purl Ridge Scarf! Find the pattern & shop Tones at the bottom of this page.

With stripes in mind, we made bias scarf with an undertone for the background and an overtone for the purl ridge to really pop with color and texture!

Tones is joy to knit! Made with the same American wool as our beloved Shelter, Tones is worsted spun 3-ply for loft and stitch definition. It's a smooth, round yarn that knits into the soft, durable fabric that you will be wearing for many seasons to come!
