Now that you're comfortable with knitting & purling, you're cable-ready! Learn to create gorgeous cables from written instructions and a chart. We'll be using the beautiful Leaf Trellis Pattern in class.
Materials: 260 yards of DK weight yarn (we recommend Scout), US 6 + 7 16-inch needles, Leaf Trellis pattern.
Homework: Please come to class with your materials chosen, pattern printed, and beginning ribbing completed so that you can move right into the cable section.
Skill level: This class is for graduates of Knit 2 and those who are confident knitting and purling in the round, in the same row.
Tuesdays, May 14 + 21 from 6-7:30PM
Classes are limited in size and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is needed to reserve your space. Supplies are not included in class fee unless stated.
Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the first class for a store credit or to move to a different class or session. We cannot offer a store credit if we receive less than 3 days notice. Unfortunately, we cannot offer make-up sessions, so please make sure you can attend each class. If a class is canceled, you’ll receive a full refund.
Classes with special guest teachers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a friend if you’re unable to attend.
All classes are for students 18 years of age and older.
