We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Credit card payments are handled through our secure server. If you prefer not to enter your credit card information online, please call us at 877-893-9939 to place your order.
If you prefer to use Paypal, please email us your order and we will send you a Request for Funds through their site.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer the following flat rates and services:

Orders are shipped within 3 days of being received. If an item is out of stock or if there is a question about your order, we will contact you via email and/or telephone.
All orders are sent uninsured; Loop is not responsible for packages that do not arrive. Please call or email us for the cost to insure your order. International orders may be subject to customs and other fees.
Prices and Sales Tax
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.
Sales taxes are based on the shipping address of your order. Pennsylvania residents will be charged sales tax at the rate of 6 percent on all products except yarn. Residents of Pennsylvania''s Allegheny and Philadelphia Counties will be charged an additional sales tax of 1 percent on all products except yarn.
Colors
Every effort is made to present yarn colors accurately. Because yarn is dyed in lots and because computer monitors render color differently, variations may occur.
We want you to enjoy your yarn. If you are not satisfied, please return the yarn to us, as described in the Return Policy below.
Return Policy
Yarn may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused in its original condition and with the original receipt. Please contact us at loop@loopyarn.com for a return authorization code.
Credit for the cost of the yarn will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used for purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Patterns, books, needles, accessories, and Sale items may not be returned.
