Approx. 105 (120) yards of worsted weight wool yarn; 3 partial skeins (see yardage amounts below) of Brooklyn Tweed Shelter yarn. Sample shown uses the following colors/amounts: Main Color (MC): Woodsmoke; 65 (72) yards; Stripe Color (SC): Hayloft; 10 (11) yards; Brim Color (BC): Nest; 30 (37) yards. Note: Three skeins of Shelter are enough to make 3 hats, switching MC, SC, and BC

One 16" circular (or pair of straight) needle in size needed to obtain gauge listed above. One 16" circular needle one size smaller than Gauge Needle. Suggested sizes: US 8/5 mm & US 7/4.5 mm
Adult Small (Large). To fit head sizes 18-22" (23-25")
18.75 (20)" circumference, unstretched; 7.5 (8)" tall. Measurements given with fabric relaxed after blocking. Garter stitch fabric has good elasticity for fitting various head sizes.
